Mike's place made us feel right at home. clear instructions and responsive host. we came for the new year holidays and mountain views from the bedroom were mesmerizing. we had a great time exploring the national parks and Moab. great experience

We loved our stay at Slickrock Sands! The unit was spacious, well-appointed, and very cozy/comfortable, plus being able to have our dog was great. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with all the essentials and more. Mike was a proactive and friendly host, and we appreciated being able to check in a bit early. There is some highway noise, but overall the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We felt right at home, and it served as the perfect base camp for our adventures. We will be back for sure!

Great place for our family of 6 and dog. Served our needs and helped us have a blast in Moab.

Would highly recommend this place! It’s clean, well kept, and looks as advertised. Close to downtown Moab and park access without being too close to people. Pool and hot tub are also nice in the complex.

Third stay at Mike’s place and it’s still our go to place in Moab. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds/furniture, great location minutes from downtown. Host is very proactive and offers easy instructions for a great stay.

Convenient and comfortable condo with great amenities – our family especially enjoyed the nicely landscaped complex and access to pool and hot tub!

Nice place. Close enough to Moab, yet not all of the hustle and bustle. House was clean and well furnished. Perfect size for 2 couples.

Great communication and clear directions to find the unit, which was so helpful since we got in after dark. The home was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again next time we are in town.

Nice and clean space, especially for being pet friendly. Beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains from the large patio. Just far enough from the highway to not have semi noise.

We really enjoyed our stay here! About 10 minutes south of town, with great amenities and very comfortable bed. The hosts were so responsive & we would 100% stay here again if we came back to Moab. We would suggest bringing your own pillows because the ones provided were very thin, but other than that everything was perfect.

Mike's place was very clean and neat. The kitchen was very well stocked with extra small appliances such as an instant pot and a crock pot that made cooking for a family of 4 easy. There were also item such as sugar and spices already there. The furnature/beds were comfortable. The pools, hot tub, and basketball/tennis court are very nice and easy to walk to . The location of Mike's Place is on the outskirt of Moab, but on the main highway and easy to get to the grocery store and all the Moab happenings. It was quiet at night and you could see the milkyway from the back patio. I used the gas grill once on the back patio and was very easy to use. We felt very safe there as well and would stay there again. It was conveniently located to Arches and Canyonlands.

Nice condo. Great communication from host. It is 8 miles out of town, which has its pros and cons. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained. Spectacular scenery.

This home is as described. It is clean, comfortable, and had every amenity. It was the perfect location from which to explore the both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The washer and dryer were especially appreciated once we realized how we and all our clothing were coated with a layer of the fine red, sandy soil of the area. We hiked almost every day, and appreciated not having to collect or re-wear our dirty clothing.

This was our second stay at Mike’s place, and probably won’t be our last! Great base camp close to town, with a well stocked kitchen for meals at home and comfortable furniture/beds after long activity days. Very clean, and clear instructions for check-in.

We loved this home! It was more beautiful than the photos!! The decor throughout made our Moab Adventure that much more fun! We really enjoyed our stay. From the patio, we had a beautiful view of the La Sal Mountain range on one side and red cliffs on the other – just WOW! The small touches from a detailed instruction book, to personalizing the streaming set-up, to small toiletry bags – everything we needed was supplied and then some!! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The place was clean and had tons of amenities. It’s super close to town and arches. The host did a great job responding quickly to any questions I had. 100% recommend staying here if you’re bringing your family to Moab!

Mike was great

I tried to reserve the place at 10:30 at night not expecting to be able to check in that night, but Mike responded within a couple of minutes even that late at night and we were able to check in within just a few minutes!! Very pleased with the whole experience! The master bedroom had an amazing bed and pillows that were the best we've ever had at any Airbnb. Nice pool and hot tub at the place were also super fun. Highly recommend!!!

This place was as described. He was very responsive. There was a small issue with the back door lock sticking and I reached out to him and someone was out very quickly to address it. <br/>We like this area which is south of town. The living room was comfortable and we felt at home.

This is a great place to stay for a trip to Moab and the national parks. The condo was clean and very well stocked, with plenty of space for our family of five. The gated front and back porches and a dog-friendly neighborhood were perfect for our dogs to be able to come with us on our trip. Mike and his co-hosts provide a lot of clear information and instructions up front, which made everything easy. They were also very responsive when we reached out to them. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was great. Had fun in the hot tub and playing tennis. So many great amenities in the kitchen, tons of towels, and bathroom amenities as well. Our five kids had a great time and were comfortable.
