Our stay at Mikes was great! We were in town for work and found the place last minute. There was an electrical issue in one of the rooms unfortunately the first night but it was resolved and fixed the following morning. Their handyman was able to get it all sorted out. The electricity issue was not a problem for us but still brought it to their attention. <br/>Super nice view from the bedroom. 10/10 for us!!

We appreciated our stay at this townhome, as described, the large grill came in handy for the local steaks we picked up, we loved Moab. Thanks so much.

We really enjoyed this stay in Moab. The complex is nice and quiet, and the views are incredible (especially from the bedroom with the king bed). It’s a bit out of town, which gave us a great head start on getting to The Needles, but still close enough that everything feels very accessible. There is a ton of space in the apartment, which was great for working during the week. We would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

Great location. Not on a main road so no noisy traffic at night. We had a wonderful stay. I will stay there again.

Great place to stay just on the outskirts of town, perfect location

The place was great, exactly as described. Everything was fully functional and clean. Host provided everything we needed. We would stay here again for sure!

Mike's place made us feel right at home. clear instructions and responsive host. we came for the new year holidays and mountain views from the bedroom were mesmerizing. we had a great time exploring the national parks and Moab. great experience

We loved our stay at Slickrock Sands! The unit was spacious, well-appointed, and very cozy/comfortable, plus being able to have our dog was great. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with all the essentials and more. Mike was a proactive and friendly host, and we appreciated being able to check in a bit early. There is some highway noise, but overall the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We felt right at home, and it served as the perfect base camp for our adventures. We will be back for sure!

Great place for our family of 6 and dog. Served our needs and helped us have a blast in Moab.

Would highly recommend this place! It’s clean, well kept, and looks as advertised. Close to downtown Moab and park access without being too close to people. Pool and hot tub are also nice in the complex.

Third stay at Mike’s place and it’s still our go to place in Moab. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds/furniture, great location minutes from downtown. Host is very proactive and offers easy instructions for a great stay.

Convenient and comfortable condo with great amenities – our family especially enjoyed the nicely landscaped complex and access to pool and hot tub!

Nice place. Close enough to Moab, yet not all of the hustle and bustle. House was clean and well furnished. Perfect size for 2 couples.

Great communication and clear directions to find the unit, which was so helpful since we got in after dark. The home was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again next time we are in town.

Nice and clean space, especially for being pet friendly. Beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains from the large patio. Just far enough from the highway to not have semi noise.

We really enjoyed our stay here! About 10 minutes south of town, with great amenities and very comfortable bed. The hosts were so responsive & we would 100% stay here again if we came back to Moab. We would suggest bringing your own pillows because the ones provided were very thin, but other than that everything was perfect.

Mike's place was very clean and neat. The kitchen was very well stocked with extra small appliances such as an instant pot and a crock pot that made cooking for a family of 4 easy. There were also item such as sugar and spices already there. The furnature/beds were comfortable. The pools, hot tub, and basketball/tennis court are very nice and easy to walk to . The location of Mike's Place is on the outskirt of Moab, but on the main highway and easy to get to the grocery store and all the Moab happenings. It was quiet at night and you could see the milkyway from the back patio. I used the gas grill once on the back patio and was very easy to use. We felt very safe there as well and would stay there again. It was conveniently located to Arches and Canyonlands.

Nice condo. Great communication from host. It is 8 miles out of town, which has its pros and cons. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained. Spectacular scenery.
